Ghisallo, Lake Como and surroundings: Piano Rancio and Parco monte San Primo Excursions and winter sports

From Magreglio is possible to start lot of excursions towards mountains looking either on lake Lecco and lake Como.

Lake Lecco side is for easy walkings and offers the posssiblity of relaxing among the woods and in the same time enjoy the beatiful views on lake Lecco and Bellagio peninsula.

The side towards lake Como is characterized by alpine flora and it's possible to reach heights around 1600 mt. till mount San Primo peak.

At Piano Rancio is present an amusement park for children and teenagers based on the use of ropes between conifers woods, furthermore there a lot of typical restaurants offering dishes based on polenta and wild games.

Lambro river spring, called "Menaresta", is located at Piano Rancio; the name derives from the fact that the water springs at timed intervals.

During winter months at park mount San Primo is possible to practice ski using the skilifts and cross country ski.
