The area is served by Erba hospital which is at 15 km distance and by ambulance transport-first aid service.

In town you may find several pizzeria, restaurants and typical restaurants.

In Magreglio area you may practice, trekking, footing, mountain bike and race bike, indoor and outdoor tennis, outdoor swimming pool during summer season, rent bicycles (electric powered too) and during the winter season practice cross-country skiing at the nearby locality of park mount San Primo.

At 5 minutes distance by car from Magreglio there's the newly opened nature amusement and climbing park Jungle Raider.

In only 15 minutes it's possible to reach Lake Como Bellagio town where you may practice: water ski, wakeboard, sport fishing and fishing by boat with local guide, rent a boat or a motorboat without nautical license too.

In Bellagio is possible to rent a car for only one day too or travel by the lake using the lake ferries and hydrofoils transport service.
